Class Information
The Monadnock Kempo Kara-te program is held every Tuesday evening at the Community House in Marlborough, New Hampshire. The Community House is located on Main Street across from Doody's General Store.
The Monadnock Kempo Kara-te program is open to both men and women ages 13 and up, and caters to all fitness levels. No previous training is required, so feel free to visit us and join right in!
Class begins promptly at 6:30 pm, and runs until 8:30 pm
